![]() ![]() ![]() We had a rainy day yesterday and it brought in a gorgeous cold front. Oh, I didn’t even mention the weather today! It’s absolutely beautiful. I’m going to have myself a superfood smoothie – yum!! I’m going to go do some laundry and then make the big boy some spaghetti for lunch. I’m debating on whether or not I should do a booty workout, or work my shoulders with day 3. My arms are sore, but they sure do feel good. One last workout tomorrow and we are done. ![]() I never knew planks would be soooooo hard to hold! My arms were shaking ridiculously! But (another 80 Day Obsession reference…sorry) in the words of Autumn, “YOU CAN DO ANYTHING FOR 60 SECONDS!” This one was only 30 seconds, but man it was hard. There are 3 blocks of 4 moves each, with a strong core routine to bring us past the finish line. Today’s workout was circuit training – all weights! Two sets of four workouts back to back in three rounds. That’s a win in my book! Now I have the rest of the day to be productive! YES!! Thankfully I got my workout done before 8am. Guess what a 4am alarm looks like? Both kids waking up when you wanted to wakeup early and get your workout done. ![]()
