If the quest you need to turn in is the second option in a set (after right-clicking on an NPC) then change the number 1 in the macro to a 2. Incidentally, this macro is great for turning in repeatable quests such as rune cloth and Headresses for Timbermaw, as well. Now, to use this macro, you have to actually right click the NPC to interact with him/her.
